Fortunately, resort party experts from Brooklyn to Laguna Beach are sharing summer cocktails that will bring vacation vibes to your fire escape, backyard, rooftop, or stoop. With ingredients like fresh grapefruit juice, blackberry puree, and sparkling wine, these easy cocktails from hospitality experts across the country taste like vacation in a glass. Remember to sip responsibility.

Lost in Paradise - The Ritz-Carlton (Boston)

Ingredients:

  • 1.25 oz Santa Teresa 1796 rum
  • 1 oz fresh carrot juice
  • .75 oz fresh carrot juice spiced syrup
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: star anise and carrot powder

Method: Combine all ingredients and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a star anise and carrot powder.

The Sparkler - The Williamsburg Hotel (Brooklyn)

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Santa Teresa 1796 rum
  • .25 oz Genepy le Chamois
  • .25 oz Mandarine Napoleon
  • 1 spoonful Banana Combier
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine
  • Garnish: plantain chip and edible orchid

Method: Shaken, served in a highball glass with a Collins ice sphere. Top drink with sparkling wine, and garnish with a single plantain chip and an edible orchid.

East Breeze - The Surf Lodge (Montauk, NY)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Grey Goose
  • 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz fresh blackberry puree
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Method: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a coup or martini glass. Garnish with mint sprig.

Arizona Sunset Cocktail - Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa (Tucson)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Grey Goose L’Orange
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • 2 jalapeño slices

Method: Muddle 1 slice of jalapeño in mixing tin. Fill mixing tin with ice. Add vodka, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and agave syrup to mixing tin. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a jalapeño slice.

La Bonne Vie - Surf & Sand Resort (Laguna Beach)

Ingredients:

  • .75 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Grey Goose
  • 2 oz sparkling wine
  • .75 oz grapefruit juice

Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain the mixture into a glass. Top with sparkling wine.
